Private Accommodations

If you register with overnight accommodations, your private accommodations on June 10th and June 11th will be booked for you at Westin La Paloma Resort. Please contact Danae Norris at 520.577.5854 or danae.norris@westin.com if you wish to book a pre or post stay at the Westin La Paloma. Please note that your pre/post stay will be linked to your accommodations that are being provided as part of your registration fee on June 10-11th once the rooming list has been provided to the resort.

For transportation to and from the resort please contact the Westin concierge desk at 520.577.5864. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to La Encantada Shopping Center with access to restaurants.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees have 7 days from the date of registration to cancel for a partial refund. Please note that if the event takes place 7 days or less from registration, refunded cancellations will not be permitted. After 7 days attendees are responsible for payment. Registration is subject to cancellation if payment is not received. Attendee substitutions may be accepted by contacting the Arizona K12 Center.
